Some people have the ability to draw fire circles around themselves in time of trouble and need. I find that playing music that speaks to me helps. Fire can be a cleansing element, one that helps you to start anew when needed, refreshed and ready for what the river of life brings you on your journey. There are times we need to turn inward in order that we may see more clearly with our outward eyes. For me I find that I draw strength from this ritual. For some people it's prayer, for others donuts... I suggest that no matter what works for you that you don't give up. Standing within a protective barrier- one of your own choosing, can help you to draw power and strength to withstand life's anomalies. Our spirits are sacred...
