As for American money fueling my thought processes you might want to rethink your incredibly overgeneralized blanket statement. After spending enough American dollars to combat the brainwashing I received as a child I no longer need anyone else to do my thinking for me. American money may have paid for that brainwashing I was subjected to but it also enables me to fight the tide of oppression behind it.

We noticed we were surrounded by you, it's incredibly amazing how your 'kind' breeds and reproduces at such an alarming rate that we have to help you care for your young. It's astounding how many of you don't raise your children but drag them along in the ways you were brainwashed in. I, for one, an tired of trying to help you raise your young when all I ever wanted to do was teach them to read.  I get paid to teach- not to teach your children how to behave civilly, but I find my day is filled with behavior management and perhaps one or two moments of teaching -when I can finally get your children to be quiet after they have ingested every unnatural food concoction you can think of to give them in placation.. And as for being civil and quiet it's something they have never learned at home due to your way of filling their heads with instant gratification and commercialism. It's no wonder none of you can think correctly.

Leaning? I'd say you have already fallen completely over.

Our greatest resources are ourselves, our children and the earth we love so much that we fight to save it from your ways- each and every day.

My personal views~ expounded~

Perhaps what I should have written was~  may you give as you receive~

I'd like to take the liberty of my own blog post to share a part of my own personal story~

I was adopted at an early age, why remains to be discovered. The usual story of "your parents were too young to care for you" doesn't fly anymore. Through my research I have found that my parents were in their twenties at the time of my adoption and one of the more likelihoods is that I was taken from them- not given up. The United States still does this by the way, they now call it Social Services and our children disappear at an alarming rate into a system from which they never emerge from again. Doubts? Ask the poor, the so-called "minorities" (more on the definition of minority at a later date) or any single parent- they will enlighten you as to the true perils of Social Services. Children are removed from homes everyday... how many are returned? And just who is removing them and where are they going? Again, another post for another time.

That said I would like to mention that if we are going by blood quantum I am by far more than 1/8 American Indian  - but we're not. I choose to be who I am each and everyday. 100% American Indian. You want to tax me to death for that? Fine. Go ahead, let's all remember just who lent that money to me for college. You really don't want me to pay it back do you? Besides, I live in New York State, they tax us to death anyways... and sometimes beyond....

I won't tackle all the major issues that are unspoken but clearly evident in your ignorance of my people: murder, rape, forced assimilation, thievery, destruction of our homeland... the list goes on and on and we don't have that much time right now.

But I will say this~ you were the conquering forces, look around at all you have accomplished, is it something to be proud of ? A legacy for your children? What I leave with my children will feed their bodies their souls and their minds, what will you give to your children? McDonald's and plastic?

We are still here. We will always be here no matter what you do to us. We are this land, the bones of our ancestors are in this earth where you reside, we are a part of the earth, we are the living breathing entity that you call America yet we call it by many different names. We are a proud people and I am privileged to be Haudenosaunee, or as you know it~ Iroquois, daughter of the long house, granddaughter of my ancestors. I am  seventh generation, as are my children, my children's children and unto the next seven generations. When you are gone we will still be here, in spirit and in the earth~ we are the living Gaia.
